House Keeping : Light daily hotel-style housekeeping service is provided complimentary for full rate reservations, which includes re-making the beds, disposing of rubbish, replacing supplies, changing towels, and a quick general tidy-up. Our villas are extremely well stocked with an abundant supply of towels, blankets and extra bed linens. There is plenty of inventory to suffice for several days. Every 3-4 days the bed sheets are changed. Additional service may be requested in advance at an additional cost. Personal laundry service is not provided during the daily service, however our housekeepers are available to shuttle your personal dry cleaning and laundry to a near-by professional clothing dry cleaning and laundry service. Within the villa there is a laundry room with a washer/dryer, laundry supplies, iron and board. Additional housekeeping typically costs $35 per person per hour plus GE tax, with a 3 hour minimum. Advance notice is requested. Subject to availability.

Climate Control : All rooms have central air conditioning with individual room air conditioning controls, providing for all guests to set their own preferred temperature. If the doors are left open, the air conditioning will temporarily recess until the doors are closed again. All rooms are equipped with whisper quiet remote-control ceiling fans.

Cable TV : The Great Room and each King bedroom at The Royal Ilima are individually equipped with HD digital cable boxes with Sony HD flat panel wide screen digital televisions, HD DVD, and premium movie and music channels for extensive viewing options. The Double bedroom has a digital flat panel Sony Television and DVD. The Great Room also has a DVR, iPod dock, and central stereo which can be controlled separately in each room throughout the villa.

Billiard Table : Downstairs in the lounge on property. Also, nearby at several bars and lounges, including the always fun Mulligan's Irish Pub at the Wailea Blue Golf Clubhouse, which provides nightly entertainment.

Theatre : The Great Room is equipped with a large Sony flat panel wide screen HD digital Television which cantilevers out from the wall. It may be adjusted for various viewing positions from the outdoor terrace or the kitchen. Also provided in the Great Room is an HD DVR and HD digital cable box with premium movie and music channels, Logitech Harmony, CD, HD DVD, iPod dock, Surround Sound and Central Stereo that is adjusted in all rooms of the villa using individual wall-mounted room by room volume controls.

BBQ : The Royal Ilima has its own deluxe stainless Viking propane grill with rotisserie, set outdoors on the spacious private beach front terrace. A beverage refrigerator is conveniently located next to the grill.

Wine Refrigerator : Multiple refrigerated drawers are provided as well as a built-in bar fridge.

Indoor Dining : A grand 10 foot solid wooden dining table defines the Great Room. This seats six to ten guests for candlelit indoor dining. Hand blown ceiling mounted glass chandeliers on a dimmer switch helps to create a pleasant dining ambiance. A separate counter in the kitchen seats 3 persons on comfortable leather bar stools.

Outdoor Dining : A round table for four to six guests is set on the lovely beach front outdoor private dining terrace. Two side chairs with a side table provide additional dining space. The ocean view terrace has a generous cover provided good protection from the sun and rain for enjoyable outdoor dinning.

Gym : Residents-Only Air Conditioned Gym and Fitness Center situated conveniently within Wailea Beach Villas will provide a good selection of work-out equipment. Use is complimentary for guests. The gym features Hoist brand bicep and tricep pull, leg-press, multi-press, lat pull-down, leg extension, hamstring curl. Free weights, resist-a-ball, mats. Two recumbent bikes, 2 treadmills and 2 eliptical trainers, all Precor brand with televisions. Showers and Lockers at Pool.

Hammock : Reclining chaise lounge chairs are provided around the pool and as they are fairly light weight. They may be carried to the beach with permission of the Pool Attendant. Portable beach chairs are provided in-villa which may be used to take on excursions to other beaches and scenic spots around the island.

Productivity

Internet Service : Complimentary high speed wireless internet service is provided as well as several ethernet jacks for hard wire internet high speed connections for guests without wireless receivers in their computers.

Office : A desk is provided in the living area which can be closed off so you can put work out of your mind! However, if needed, there is a complete array of office supplies provided as well as an answering machine, fax on a separate phone line, and a scanner/printer/copier. To send or receive a fax use the personal fax machine provided in your own villa. Separately, there is a formal Business Center located in the main lobby, that is equipped with two Dell computers and a printer. It is open from 7:15 am - 10:00 pm daily.

Disclosure : The Royal Ilima is set in the heart of Wailea with convenient access to many services and entertainment. Several nights each week the luau at an adjacent hotel can be heard from the villa. Enjoy the complimentary back ground music! Also, the Grand Wailea Resort frequently utilizes a lawn area adjacent to the Wailea Beach Villas for private parties which are both audible and visible from the villa. Usually any periodic evening activities wrap up at a reasonable hour and most often the events are entertaining and may include a fireworks display. Enjoy a front row box seat to the events!

Guests should expect some general ambient livings sounds, as the Beach Villas are set in the heart of an acclaimed world-class resort. We would like to point out that we find it remarkably peaceful and quiet overall - far more quiet than in most resorts or hotels.
