Sun-soaked Ocean Front Spa Hot Tub

Beds : Two generously sized private bedroom suites with one king bed and two twin beds or a second king bed. There is also a den/alcove bedroom off the Great Room with a queen sofa bed. The den area can be closed off for a private sleeping experience.

Baths : Two full baths bathrooms both en-suite

House Keeping : Our villas are extremely well stocked with an abundant supply of towels, blankets and extra bed linens. There is plenty of inventory to suffice for several days. At an additional cost you may request a mid-week service or a light daily hotel-style housekeeping service with advance notice and subject to availability. Other additional services may be requested in advance at an additional cost. Personal laundry service is excluded, however our housekeepers are available to shuttle your personal dry cleaning and laundry to a near-by professional clothing service. Within the villa there is a laundry room with a washer/dryer, laundry supplies, iron and board. Additional housekeeping typically costs $35 per person per hour plus GE tax, with a 3 hour minimum. Advance notice is requested. Subject to availability.

Climate Control : All rooms have central air conditioning with individual room air conditioning controls, providing for all guests to set their own preferred temperature. If the doors are left open, the air conditioning will temporarily recess until the doors are closed again. All rooms are equipped with whisper quiet remote-control ceiling fans.

Billiard Table : Downstairs in the lounge on property. Also, nearby at several bars and lounges, including the always fun Mulligan's Irish Pub at the Wailea Blue Golf Clubhouse, which provides nightly entertainment.

Theatre : The Great Room is equipped with a 42 inch HD flat panel Television. Also provided in the Great Room is a HD digital cable box, DVD and CD player, and iPod dock.

Security

Security System : Attentive security personnel patrol the grounds of the Wailea Beach Villas for guest security.

Safe : A complimentary in-villa safe is available.

Dining

BBQ : The Regal Mandalay Villa has its own deluxe stainless Viking propane grill with rotisserie, set outside on the spacious private ocean view terrace.

Wine Refrigerator : Multiple refrigerated drawers are provided.

Indoor Dining : There is an indoor dining table which seats six guests, plus five bar stools.

Outdoor Dining : There is comfortable lounging area on the outdoor private terrace, from which you may enjoy a stupendous panoramic ocean view. The ocean view terrace has a generously sized overhanging roof for good protection from the sun and rain for enjoyable outdoor dining.

Gym : Residents-Only Air Conditioned Gym and Fitness Center situated conveniently within Wailea Beach Villas will provide a good selection of work-out equipment. Use is complimentary for guests. The gym features Hoist brand bicep and tricep pull, leg-press, multi-press, lat pull-down, leg extension, hamstring curl. Free weights, resist-a-ball, mats. Two recumbent bikes, 2 treadmills and 2 eliptical trainers, all Precor brand with televisions. Showers and Lockers at Pool.

Hammock : Reclining chaise lounge chairs are provided around the pool and as they are fairly light weight. They may be carried to the beach with permission of the Pool Attendant. Portable beach chairs are provided in-villa which may be used to take on excursions to other beaches and scenic spots around the island.

Productivity

Internet Service : Complimentary high speed wireless internet service is provided as well as several ethernet jacks for hard wire internet high speed connections for guests without wireless receivers in their computers.

Office : A desk is provided. For your convenience there is a complete array of office supplies stocked as well as an answering machine, and fax/scanner/printer/copier. To send or receive a fax use the personal fax machine provided in your own villa. Separately, there is a formal Business Center located in the main lobby, that is equipped with two Dell computers and a printer. It is open daily.

Disclosure : The Beach Villas are set in the heart of an acclaimed world-class resort. Guests should expect some slight mixed ambient livings sounds including from a luau held at the Marriott Resort 4 nights per week for 2 hours at sunset. The building is well constructed with double pane glass windows which provide excellent sound insulation. We find Regal Mandalay to be remarkably quiet, peaceful, tranquil and overall vastly superior to staying in any nearby hotel/resort. The overall experience is that of a serene peaceful environment

Rates & Terms

Rate Per Night: $950.00

2009:

May 20th to June 20th $950 per night.

June 20th through September 7th $1,100 per night.

September 8th until December 18th $950 per night, excepting any reservation which includes Thanksgiving $1,100 per night.

Between December 18th, 2009 and January 4th, 2010 over Christmas and New Years we are requesting a 10 night minimum rental term at $2,500 per night.

2010: January 4th thru March 11th $1,100 per night.

March 12th to April 12th $1,200 per night.

Regular rates for 2009-2010 start at $1,650 per night.

All rates are plus State of Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax 8.25% and General Excise Tax 4.166%.

Provided inclusive on a complimentary basis at no additional charge: Personal Concierge Service, discount rates for golf green fees at Wailea and Makena golf courses (with notice), self-parking, high speed wireless internet access, local phone calls, mid-week housekeeping service if renting for 7 nights or longer, in-villa safe, tropical bath treats, use of the swimming pools, whirlpool spas and gym/fitness center, pool towel service, personalized in-villa greeting orientation.

There is a 4 night minimum payment term. We will consider a visit of less than 4 nights to fill a pre-existing gap with an additional cleaning cost.

Deposit : $1,000. The security deposit may be reduced for repeat guests on subsequent visits.
