Pacific Sunset is a very popular large four bedroom ocean view villa, therefore, only a few time slots remain open for this year. To "sell out", we now offer the following special incentive rates. Discounts apply only to new reservations placed after May 20th, 2009.

Just $1,200 per night for: May 31st to June 13th.

Fabulous Fall Promotion: August 16th until December 18th just $1,200 per night, except any reservation that includes Thanksgiving $1,600 per night.

Open for Christmas and New Years at $3,150 per night applies between December 18th and January 4th with a 10 night minimum.

2010: January 4th thru April 12th $1,500 per night.

The regular 2009-2010 rates for a three bedroom ocean view start at $2,500 per night, so our special rates represent an extraordinary opportunity to experience a Wailea Beach accommodation of superior quality and value.

All rates are plus State of Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax 8.25% and General Excise Tax 4.166%.

Unlike at most nearby hotels there are no extra "Resort Fees" charged!

The State of Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax will increase to 9.25% for any occupancy starting on or after July 1, 2010.

Minimum Stay

There is a 4 night minimum payment term. We will consider a visit of less than 4 nights to fill a pre-existing gap with an additional cleaning cost.

Deposit : $1,000. The security deposit may be reduced for repeat guests on subsequent visits.

Initial Payment : 50% of rate & taxes

Disclosure

The den room has been modified into a private enclosed 4th bedroom, with a queen sofa bed with memory foam topper as well as a large 42 inch plasma flat panel television and Play Station 3/DVD. This fourth sleeping space has a wonderful view of Haleakala Mountain.
