Minimum Stay

There is a 4 night minimum payment term. We will consider a visit of less than 4 nights to fill a pre-existing gap with an additional cleaning cost.

Payments

Deposit : $1,000. The security deposit may be reduced for repeat guests on subsequent visits.

Initial Payment : 50% of rate & taxes

Final Payment : 60 days prior to arrival

Disclosure

L109 Ginger & Palm is located near the family pool. The sounds of children playing may be audible during the hours that the pool is open. Depending on the time of year, the family pool can be a fairly active area.
