Rate Per Night: $1100.00

2009:

July 2nd to August 1st, August 14th to September 8th $1,400 per night.

September 8th until December 18th $1,100 per night excepting any reservation which includes Thanksgiving $1,400 per night.

Between December 18th, 2009 and January 4th, 2010 over Christmas and New Years we are requesting a 10 night minimum rental term at $2,750 per night.

2010: January 4th thru March 11th $1,200 per night.

March 12th to April 12th $1,400 per night.

The regular rate for a three bedroom ocean view villa with plunge pool actually starts from $2,750 per night.

As a special value-added benefit, payment by regular Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express card is provided at no extra cost.

All rates are plus State of Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax 8.25% and General Excise Tax 4.166%.

Unlike at most nearby hotels there are no extra "Resort Fees" charged!

The State of Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax will increase to 9.25% for any occupancy starting on or after July 1, 2010.

Payments

Deposit : $1,000 plus credit card guarantee is requested as a security damage deposit, plus a separate incidentals deposit for guest requested special services. The security deposit may be reduced for repeat guests on subsequent visits.

Initial Payment : 50% of total rate & taxes

Final Payment : 60 days prior to arrival

The Floral Gardens Villa is set in the heart of Wailea with convenient access to many services and entertainment. IMPORTANT NOTE: Guests should expect some slight mixed ambient livings sounds including sounds from a luau held at the Marriott Resort 4 nights per week for 2 hours at sunset.
