2009: Fabulous fall on Maui - no crowds! September 13th until December 18th $1,100 per night.

Christmas and New Years are available with a 10 night minimum between December 18th and January 4th for $2,650 per night for up to 8 guests.

2010: January 4th thru March 11th $1,200 per night.

March 12th to April 12th $1,400 per night.

The published post-introductory period rates start from $2,200 per night, so our special rates represent an extraordinary opportunity to experience a Wailea Beach accommodation of superior quality and value.

All rates are plus State of Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax 8.25% and General Excise Tax 4.166%.

Minimum Stay

There is a 4 night minimum payment term. We will consider a visit of less than 4 nights to fill a pre-existing gap with an additional cleaning cost.

Maximum Occupancy

eight guests inclusive of all ages with the exception of infants

Payments

Deposit : $1,000. The security deposit may be reduced for repeat guests on subsequent visits.

Initial Payment : 50% of rate & taxes

Final Payment : 60 days prior to arrival
