Rate Per Night: $975.00

2009:

June 20th until September 8th $1,100 per night.

September 8th until December 18th $900 per night, excepting Thanksgiving week $1,200 per night.

Available over both Christmas and New Years. Between December 18th and January 4th the holiday rate is $2,350 per night for up to six guests with a 10 night payment term.

2010: January 4th thru March 11th $1,200 per night.

March 12th to April 12th $1,400 per night.

The published post-introductory period rates for a three bedroom ocean view actually start from $2,200 per night, so our special rates represent an extraordinary opportunity to experience a Wailea Beach accommodation of superior quality and value.

As a special value-added benefit, payment by regular Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express card is now available at no extra cost.

All rates are plus State of Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax 8.25% and General Excise Tax 4.166%.

Provided inclusive on a complimentary basis at no additional charge: Personal Concierge Service, discount rates for golf green fees at Wailea and Makena golf courses (with notice), self-parking, high speed wireless internet access, local and domestic long distance phone calls, mid-week housekeeping service if renting for 7 nights or longer, in-villa safe, tropical bath treats, use of the swimming pools, whirlpool spas and gym/fitness center, pool towel service, personalized in-villa greeting orientation.

Unlike at most nearby hotels there are no extra "Resort Fees" charged!

The State of Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax will increase to 9.25% for any occupancy starting on or after July 1, 2010.

Minimum Stay

There is a 4 night minimum payment term. We will consider a visit of less than 4 nights to fill a pre-existing gap with an additional cleaning cost.

Six guests inclusive of all ages with the exception of infants

Payments

Deposit : $1,000. The security deposit may be reduced for repeat guests on subsequent visits.

Initial Payment : 50% of rate & taxes

Final Payment : 60 days prior to arrival

Disclosure

Aqua Lani is situated in convenient proximity to The Shops At Wailea. The Beach Villas are set in the heart of an acclaimed world-class resort. Guests should expect a slight mix of ambient living sounds. The building is well constructed with double pane glass windows which provide excellent sound insulation. We find Aqua Lani to be remarkably quiet, peaceful, tranquil and overall vastly superior to staying in any nearby hotel/resort. The overall experience is that of a serene peaceful environment.
