Honolua and Mokuleia Bays located just north of Kapalua Resort, have been protected by the State

2009-2010:

September 3rd until December 17th $1,600 per night.

2010: January 4th thru March 11th $1,850 per night.

March 12th to April 12th $2,500 per night, April 12th to June 11th $1,600 per night, June 11th to September 8th $2,500 per night.

All rates are plus State of Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax 8.25% and General Excise Tax 4.166%.

Just a few of the inclusive complimentary benefits provided are Personal Concierge Service, parking for multiple cars, high speed wireless internet access, local phone calls, mid-week housekeeping service, in-villa safe, tropical bath treats, personalized in-villa greeting orientation, discount rates for golf green fees at Wailea and Makena golf courses (with notice).

Unlike at many nearby hotels there are no extra "Resort Fees" charged!

The State of Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax will increase to 9.25% for any occupancy starting on or after July 1, 2010.

Availability

Minimum Stay

There is a 7 night minimum payment term. You may arrive and depart on any day of the week subject to availability.

Maximum Occupancy

6 persons including any child over 2 years of age, although we can also accept an extra person if willing to sleep in the den/alcove off the living room.

Payments

Deposit : $2,500 plus credit card guarantee is requested as a house security damage deposit. We may request a separate incidentals deposit for guest requested special services as needed.

Initial Payment : 50% of rate and taxes

Final Payment : 60 days prior to arrival
