Beach Access : Access to world-famous Kaanapali Beach is just steps from the house and the beach-side pool. Walk out directly on Kaanapali Beach, a beautiful golden sand swimming beach that stretches for several miles along the shore in front of Sea Shells. The beach is nearly unparalled and is perfect for lap swimming, long walks, romantic evenings laying under the full moon or glittering stars at water's edge. Situated between Maui Kaanapali Villas and several new interval ownership resorts, this stretch of Ka`anapali Beach is less crowded than the hotel zone. There are currently 4 homes on 6 contiguous one acre beach front lots on the coast adjacent to Sea Shells.

Pool : Sea Shells is blessed with a really fun large lagoon shaped free form swimming pool on the beach side of the property. The pool is not fenced or covered. Guests with young children who do not swim well may wish to consider bringing a pool alarm.

The pool is now heated on a complimentary basis up to 84 degrees in cooler months. Pool heating is just one of so many new value added conveniences provided at Sea Shells.

Spa Outdoor : Yes! We have added a lovely large 4 to 6 person hot tub spa which is professionally serviced weekly. From the hot tub you can overlook the pool, the sunsets, tiki torches, and out towards the ocean.

Parking (4-5 vehicles may park on the property cars) : You may park in the garage. There is room for 2 large vehicles. You may also park in the circular porte cochere where there is room for several other vehicles. The entrance to the property is gated.
