Welcome to Ocean Dreams Villa 2203 - Introductory Special 50% Off for July until December 18th just $1,250 per night.

Any reservation which includes Thanksgiving $1,750 per night.

Between December 18th, 2009 and January 4th, 2010 over Christmas and New Years we are requesting a 10 night minimum rental term at $2,850 per night.

2010:

January 4th thru March 11th $1,500 per night.

March 12th to April 12th $1,750 per night.

April 12th to June 19th $1,500 per night.

The regular rate for a four bedroom oceanfront villa starts from $2,500 per night. The current rates represent a significant savings for the first year in order for guests to sample this exceptional vacation destination.

All rates are plus State of Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax 8.25% and General Excise Tax 4.166%.

As a special value-added benefit, payment by regular Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express card is provided at no extra cost.

Provided inclusive on a complimentary basis at no additional charge: Personal Concierge Service, discount rates for golf green fees at Wailea and Makena golf courses (with notice), self-parking, high speed wireless internet access, local phone calls, mid-week housekeeping service, in-villa safe, tropical bath treats, use of the swimming pools and hot tubs, gym/fitness center, pool towel service, personalized in-villa greeting orientation.

Unlike at most nearby hotels there are no extra "Resort Fees" charged!

The State of Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax will increase to 9.25% for any occupancy starting on or after July 1, 2010.

Minimum Stay

There is a 6 night minimum payment term. You may arrive and depart on any day of the week subject to availability.

Payments

Deposit : $2,500 plus credit card guarantee is requested as a security damage deposit, plus a separate incidentals deposit for guest requested special services. The security deposit may be reduced for repeat guests on subsequent visits.

Initial Payment : 50% of rate and taxes

Final Payment : 60 days prior to arrival

Disclosure

Guests should expect some slight mixed ambient livings sounds including sounds from the pool and bar area which are out front in the courtyard that fronts the villa building. Costs apply for elective services such as Room Service, the on-site restaurant, in-villa massage and other a la carte services, and spa treatments.
