House Keeping : If rented for 7 nights or longer at the full published rate, a thorough and comprehensive complimentary mid-week housekeeping service is provided on day 3 or 4 of each week, for up to 8 hours in total, which includes a complete bed and bath linen change and general cleaning. Our villas are extremely well stocked with an abundant supply of towels, blankets and extra bed linens. There is plenty of inventory to suffice for several days. Personal laundry service is excluded, however our housekeepers are available to shuttle your personal dry cleaning and laundry to a near-by professional clothing service. Within your private villa there is a laundry room with a washer/dryer, laundry supplies, iron and board. Additional housekeeping typically costs $35 per person per hour plus GE tax, with a 3 hour minimum. Advance notice is requested. Subject to availability.

Climate Control : All rooms have central air conditioning with individual room air conditioning controls, providing for all guests to set their own preferred temperature. All rooms are equipped with whisper quiet remote-control ceiling fans.

Indoor Dining : A very pretty wooden dining table defines the dining room that is situated adjacent to the kitchen. The dining table seats eight to ten guests for candle-light indoor dining. A separate granite breakfast bar/counter in the kitchen seats 4 persons.

Outdoor Dining : There is a dining table that seats 8 guests on the private oceanfront sun-shaded terrace. The large ocean view private outdoor terrace has a generous overhang, which shades the dining space from the direct sun.
