Rate Per Night: $795.00

2009:

March until June 20th $795 per night.

June 20th through September 7th $950 per night.

September 8th until December 18th $795 per night, excepting any reservation which includes Thanksgiving $950 per night.

Available for Christmas and New Years $1,950 per night with a 10 night minimum term between December 18th and January 4th.

2010:

January 4th thru March 11th $1,150 per night.

March 12th to April 12th $1,350 per night.

All rates are plus State of Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax 8.25% and General Excise Tax 4.166%.

Provided inclusive on a complimentary basis at no additional charge: Use of the on-site 2 hole golf facility, discount rates for golf green fees at Wailea and Makena golf courses (with notice), Personal Concierge Service, self-parking, high speed wireless internet access, local phone calls, tropical bath treats, swimming pool, whirlpool hot tub, personalized in-villa greeting orientation.

Unlike at most nearby hotels there are no extra "Resort Fees" charged!

You may arrive and depart on any day of the week subject to availability.

The State of Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax will increase to 9.25% for any occupancy starting on or after July 1, 2010.

Availability

Minimum Stay

There is a 5 night minimum payment term with an out-cleaning charge of $350. For any week with a national holiday we request a minimum stay of 7 nights.

Maximum Occupancy

Six guests inclusive of all ages with the exception of infants

Payments

Deposit : $2,500 plus credit card guarantee is requested as a house security damage deposit. We may request a separate incidentals deposit for guest requested special services as needed. The security deposit may be reduced for repeat guests on subsequent visits.

Initial Payment : 50% of total rate & taxes

Final Payment : 60 days prior to arrival

Indigo is an ocean view home. We recommend you plan to drive to any nearby beach parks.

Caretakers live on property in a separate building above the garage. They do not share use of Indigo's amenities, and they respect the privacy of guests. However, it may be convenient to call upon them for help as needed with any component or feature of the house. Their accessibility may be very convenient to guests - no waiting time for help with any building or property related matter. Mid-stay housekeeping and pool heating is at extra cost.
