2009 Rates: June 20th until September 8th $850 per night.
September 8th until December 18th $750 per night, excepting any reservation which includes Thanksgiving $950 per night.
Between December 18th, 2009 and January 4th, 2010 over Christmas and New Years we are requesting a 10 night minimum rental term at $1,500 per night.
2010: January 4th to March 12th $850 per night.
March 12th to April 12th $950 per night.
As a special value-added benefit, payment by regular Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express card is provided at no extra cost.
All rates are plus State of Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax 8.25% and General Excise Tax 4.166%.

Provided inclusive on a complimentary basis at no additional charge: Personal Concierge Service, discount rates for golf green fees at Wailea and Makena golf courses (with notice), self-parking, high speed wireless internet access, local phone calls, in-villa safe, tropical bath treats, use of the swimming pools, whirlpool spas and gym/fitness center/sauna, pool towel service, personalized in-villa greeting orientation.
Unlike at most nearby hotels there are no extra "Resort Fees" charged!
The State of Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax will increase to 9.25% for any occupancy starting on or after July 1, 2010.

Payments
Deposit : $2,500 plus credit card guarantee is requested as a security damage deposit, plus a separate incidentals deposit for guest requested special services. The security deposit may be reduced for repeat guests on subsequent visits.
Initial Payment : 50% of total rate & taxes
Final Payment : 60 days prior to arrival
Disclosure
Rentals of this villa (Hoku Villa G93-3) do NOT include access to the Grand Wailea swimming pools. There is a fabulous heated pool with waterfalls and sandy sloped beach entry within Ho'olei which is far quieter and more enjoyable. The pool area at Ho'olei also has a fitness center, changing rooms, sauna and party pavilion.
Transportation is offered between Ho'olei and the Grand Wailea on a complimentary as-needed basis.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Guests should expect some slight ambient livings sounds including sounds from the pool area, along with possible slight muffled road noise from nearby Wailea Alanui (Boulevard).
