The elegant great room is equipped with a complete audio/video center, and each bedroom in this Maui estate rental has its own flat-screen television, cable service, DVD player, and I-Pod doc.

The golden sands of spectacular Wailea Beach and all of the delights of this world-renowned resort are just short stroll away, or are easily accessible by on-demand golf-cart shuttle. For your excursions to Maui’s many famous beaches, this luxury vacation rental is also well-stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and coolers.

Ko’u Nani Ho’olei is also minutes away from Ho’olei’s lush tropical pool area, which features cascading waterfalls, a sandy beach entrance to the lagoon-shaped heated swimming pool, a swim-in grotto, verdant tropical foliage, and outdoor whirlpool spas.  The poolside entertainment pavilion is complete with outdoor kitchen, barbeques, and patio seating.  Fresh towels, sun umbrellas, and lounge chairs are all supplied poolside, free of charge.  And for an extra fee, guests can order up a rejuvenating massage at the enclosed poolside massage cabana.  You can also make appointments for pampering in the privacy of your luxury vacation rental at Ho’olei.

Indoor dining: The formal dining area seats six in elegant style, featuring leather-upolstered chairs and a handsomely carved solid wood dining table and sideboard.  The granite-topped kitchen island seats 6 for comfortable informal meals.

Outdoor dining: The spacious, covered lanai that adjoins the Great Room features a deluxe built-in Wolf propane grill, convenient built-in beverage refrigerator, and patio seating—perfect for dining with the Maui sunset as a stunning backdrop.

Beds & Baths

Ko’u Nani Ho’olei will sleep six in superior comfort and privacy.  Its three amply-sized bedrooms each have private baths, flat screen televisions, DVD players, I-Pod docs, and other amenities. The two bedrooms on the lower garden level open onto their own private patio retreats, surrounded by lawn and blooming tropicals.  An additional half-bath is conveniently placed in the central hall, near the main social areas.

Housekeeping & Supplies: This luxury vacation rental comes with abundant supplies of premium towels, blankets, pillows, and extra bed linens.  For quickly refreshing your items, the villa’s private laundry room is conveniently equipped with a washer/dryer, laundry supplies, iron and ironing board.

A professional mid-week cleaning is included with every seven nights rented at our published rates. Discount rates and stays shorter than seven nights do not qualify for mid-stay cleaning.  With advanced notice, additional housekeeping may be purchased and typically costs $35 per person per hour plus GE tax, with a 3 hour minimum.

Climate Control: For your cooling comfort, this Maui luxury condo has central air conditioning with multiple zone controls, which allow guests to set their preferred temperatures in each room.  In addition, all rooms have ultra-quiet remote-controlled ceiling fans.

Parking: Ko’u Nani Ho’olei has an attached one-car garage with easy access to the villa’s private interior elevator—plus a dedicated space for a second vehicle.

Ambient sound disclosure: Guests should expect some slight ambient living sounds, along with possible light, passing road noise from the nearby Wailea Alanui Drive.

Grand Wailea hotel pool access: Access to the swimming pools at the nearby Grand Wailea hotel is NOT included with the rental of this Maui luxury condo.  Your personal concierge at Ho’olei can assist you with reservations for enjoyable side visits to the Grand Wailea’s pools and its world-famous Spa Grande.
