Paul Dobson

President and Principal Broker, Maui resident of 24 years. Founder (1988) and Past President of Maui Condo and Home Realty. Founding Board Member of ResortQuest International (1998 - NYSE). Past President of the Vacation Rental Managers Association (VRMA) and the South Maui Destination Association.

Kimberly Dobson

Guest Relations. Maui resident of 12 years. In addition to being married to Paul, Kim has worked with him for over 8 years. She has extensive experience in customer service as well as the travel industry. She is happy to handle any issue that comes her way. Kim will also offer "Maui Premier Guest Services" so our guests can relax and enjoy their vacation experience without having to use different companies for all their needs.

Sue Lester

Accountant - Real Estate Sales Person. Maui resident of 21 years. Sue has worked with Paul for 19 years. Previously, she has successfully managed the accounting and year end reporting for a 500 unit vacation rental condominium program. She enjoys the day to day challenge of property management and the close relationships that develop while working with property owners.

Laurie Killam

Operations Manager - Maui resident for 22 years. Laurie has worked with Paul for 14 years and successfully managed his offices. Her experience in reservations, property management, owner relations, and guest satisfaction has brought her to this new endeavor. Team work along with building and maintaining positive relationships is essential to Laurie.
